We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the GDPR. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, IP address).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When the website is accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, date and time of the request, URL accessed, referrer, user agent). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation of the website).

4. Server Log Files
When you visit this website, information is automatically collected in server log files that your browser transmits. This includes: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time, content of the request, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser, operating system and language. This data is processed for technical operational security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and deleted or anonymised after a short time.
5. Contact and Exposé Requests
When you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, telephone number where applicable, your message and the property you are interested in) in order to respond to your enquiry and send you the requested exposé. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing your enquiry).
We use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) to send confirmation and exposé e-mails. Your e-mail address and the e-mail content are transmitted to Resend. The transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses. We store your enquiry for as long as is necessary to process it and delete it at the latest after the expiry of statutory retention periods.
To attribute your enquiry to our advertising campaigns we process, where available, technical origin data of the address you accessed: the referrer URL and campaign parameters (in particular UTM parameters and the click identifiers “gclid” from Google Ads and “fbclid” from Meta). This information is transmitted solely together with your enquiry; no cookies are set for this purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring the success of our campaigns).
6. Maps (OpenStreetMap)
We use the Leaflet library together with map data provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom) to display maps. When the map is loaded, technically necessary data (in particular your IP address) is transmitted to OpenStreetMap's servers. 7. Tag Management, Web Analytics and Marketing
We use the following services exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC). They are governed by Google Consent Mode: without your consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set and no corresponding data is processed for analytics or marketing purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Google Tag Manager. To manage the tags listed below we use Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Tag Manager itself does not set cookies and does not collect personal data; it loads the following services after your consent.
Google Analytics 4(Google Ireland Limited). Web analytics service for evaluating website usage; IP anonymisation is activated. Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses and Google LLC's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More: policies.google.com/privacy.
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland). Used to measure advertising conversions and to deliver interest-based advertising within Meta's services. We are jointly responsible with Meta for the collection and transfer of the data (Art. 26 GDPR). LinkedIn Insight Tag provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland). Used for conversion measurement, retargeting and statistical analysis via LinkedIn. Any transfer to LinkedIn Corporation in the USA takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses. 8. Cookies and Consent
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies and — subject to your consent — analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag). Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC. All other cookies are only used with your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
9. Your Rights
You have the right at any time:

- to have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- to have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR),
- to restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR),
- to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

10. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is in particular the one in your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
